I’m sharing my own hair growth journey because I know so many of my clients are either just beginning theirs or navigating hair changes right alongside me.

Last year, between medication changes, hormones, hypothyroidism, stress, and honestly just... life, I experienced significant hair loss. I eventually lost enough density that I decided to cut my hair very short.
