From there, you'll be contacted by Freckled Skin to book your first appointment based on the scheduling requests on your completed form.

The new client booking fee goes towards your consultation, skin analysis, and initial treatment. We require payment in full for all new clients to secure the appointment for both parties.
- Last minute cancellation and rescheduling forfeits the new client booking fee (48 hours or less)
- All clients are given a 10 minute grace period before appointment is cancelled and payment is forfeitted
- Multiple cancellations and/or reschedules will result in termination of the client-provider relationship
