The new client booking fee goes towards your consultation, Glimpse skin scan, medical clearance call and initial treatment. We require a 50% booking retainer for all new clients to secure the appointment for both parties. Remaining balance is due at the time of appointment.
Homecare routine and future treatment plan will be discussed at appointment.
- Last minute cancellation and rescheduling forfeits the new client booking fee (72 hours or less)
- All clients are given a 10 minute grace period before appointment is cancelled and payment is forfeitted
- Multiple cancellations and/or reschedules will result in termination of the client-provider relationship
